SERVICE OPTIONS
Telehealth ~ All of my services are provided online at this time. I have found so many individuals who prefer this method of service as it takes so much less time for travel and time off when you can access therapy from the comforts of your own home and space. I use secure video options to communicate with you and have been utilizing this service delivery method since 2019 for children, youth and adults. I have also developed full online play therapy rooms to utilize when working with people that need more diversity and interactive methods of therapy!
Scheduling options for Telehealth include 30, 45 and 50 minute session times.
Psychotherapy ~ Psychotherapy is for individuals seeking help with mental heath symptoms including diagnosing, goal setting, and symptom resolution. Therapy starts with a full diagnostic assessment and treatment planning based on your individually identified treatment goals while also addressing treatment options for your unique set of symptoms.
Scheduling options for Psychotherapy include 30, 45 and 50 minute session times.
Coaching for Clients ~ This option is provided for individuals wanting to explore and work on personal or family improvements while creating balance and healthy movement towards goals without wanting or needing a diagnosis. This option works well if you want assistance and guidance for concerns not covered by insurance.
Scheduling options for Coaching include 30, 45 and 50 minute session times.

Fees & Insurance
Super Bill ~
This is a great option for individuals with insurance and you receive reimbursement directly from your insurance provider. This option does require you to complete a full diagnostic assessment and is dependent of the coverage you have with your insurance company.
